FAQ
Find all the information you need to prepare your stay in one of our apartments.
Are parking spaces dedicated to the residence?
The Résidence du Phare has a private car park with four spaces for five flats. The spaces are not allocated to specific flats.
If you cannot find a space, you can park on the street nearby or in a large car park 200 metres away.
In any case, you can park at the residence to unload your car upon arrival or after shopping.
Are bed and household linen included?
Yes.
Each flat has a travel cot and a high chair.
We do not provide bed linen for the travel cot, so please bring your usual equipment with you: fitted sheets, sleeping bag, etc.
Is cleaning included?
Yes.
Of course, we count on each resident to leave us their apartment in a good state of cleanliness.
Nevertheless, we still wish to intervene after each departure to ensure an equivalent quality of service for each person staying at the Résidence du Phare.
Are pets allowed?
No.
We think our apartments are not suitable for animals. Furthermore, the fact that pets are not allowed in our apartments is also intended to respect the allergy problems of potential residents.
Do you offer materials for young children?
Yes.
We have 2 umbrella beds and 2 high chairs.
This level of equipment allows us to normally meet the needs of the tenants. In any case, we will do our utmost to avoid you carrying too much childcare equipment during your trip.
What is the visitor’s tax?
The tourist tax is included in the price of the reservation. It is calculated according to the scale in force, the number of persons, the number of nights and the cost per night.
