We offer 5 apartments of two to three bedrooms for rent for your holidays or business stays. They are new and have a sea view or a beautiful terrace. Each one has been fitted out and equipped to offer you a real comfort.
Beyond the level of service offered in the Résidence du Phare, the geographical situation is a real asset. You will appreciate the immediate proximity of the charming port of Sainte-Marine, its shops, restaurants and beaches.

Discover South Finistère
The residence of Le Phare is located in Sainte-Marine near Bénodet, a small charming and family port. Sainte-Marine draws its wealth from its history as a small fishing port on the banks of the Odet.
Sainte-Marine is a central anchorage point for all those who would like to come and discover South Finistère. From Sainte-Marine you can access the wilderness of the west coast of Finistère, as well as the towns of Quimper, Concarneau and Pont-Aven.

Residing in the commune of Combrit Sainte-Marine, we both share an attachment to our region and to southern Finistère, where Sylvain is from. It is this desire to help him discover it that led us to create La Résidence du Phare.
